The Steenberg Black Swan is a blend of the top two Sauvignon Blanc vineyards on Steenberg farm.

The signature of this fresh, yet full wine is the edgy acidity that enlivens the unctuous palate from extended lees contact with refined composure.

Expect lime zest, lemongrass, white grapefruit and nettle to burst from the glass.

These traits follow through on the palate where they interplay with hints of white peach, spicy green peppercorn, tart granadilla and fresh fig leaves.
