AOP Champagne

Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé Brut750 ml

The shape of the bottle dates back to Henri IV. It is one of the few rosé champagnes obtained by base maceration, which gives it a remarkable vinosity. Chosen by its fans for its taste and the beauty of its bottle, it has quickly established itself worldwide as the benchmark for rosé champagnes, and as one of Laurent-Perrier's jewels.

Crus: 10 different wines from the finest vineyards of Champagne including Ambonnay, Bouzy, Louvois and Tours-sur- Marne.
Vinification and aging: The grapes are sorted and destemmed before vinification. Laurent-Perrier techniques have been designed specifically to allow full control of the maceration phase. Thereof, a period of three days to retrieve the colour and express the full aromatic richness of the Pinot Noir. Unlike most rosé champagnes, the base is obtained by the process called bleeding and not only by blending red and white wines. Aging is four years minimum.
Look: Elegant salmon.
Nose: Frank, and very fresh. Wide range of red berries – strawberry, gooseberry, raspberry, black cherry. Its extraordinary freshness is the dominant sensation.
Palate: The fruit dominates the palate. The attack is very frank and tangy. Sensation of diving in a basket of fresh red fruits – strawberry, raspberry and Morello. Soft and round.
Serving: Between 8°C and 10°C.
