L'Ostal Cazes Rosé

Owned by the Cazes family of Château Lynch Bages, Ostal Cazes is at the foot of the Montaigne Noire in Minervois La Livinière The wine is 50% Grenache and 50% Syrah which undergoes cold fermentation to preserve the freshness.

It shows light onion skin color; spices, rose petal and strawberry notes with a crisp dry finish.
