Ingredients
4 cl Rum Bougainville Light 4 cl club soda 2 cl cane sugar syrup 2 cl fresh lime juice 6 mint leaves |
Directions
In a shaker, lightly muddle the mint. Add the simple syrup, lime juice and rum, and fill with ice. Shake well and pour (unstrained) into a highball glass. Top with club soda and garnish with a mint sprig. |
